General Information

Founded in 1990, Q-Mark, Inc. provides an aggressive and dynamic manufacturers’ representative organization accomplished in the sale of electrical/electronic components and related sub-systems. Our sales staff has an average of over twenty-five years in the Great Lakes region.     

Q-Mark, Inc. addresses the military and OEM markets, as well as their sub-contractors. The field sales efforts of outside sales people are backed by an experienced, highly interactive inside sales staff which provides the necessary internal support for success.  Communication is the key to success as provided by an automated electronic office that includes PCs which are EDI capable, facsimile machines, cellular phones and internet connections.  Q-Mark, Inc. periodically develops bulk mailings highlighting our principals and their new product offerings.   

The degree of our professionalism and experience within our territory is evidenced by Q-Mark’s strong working relationship with our customers.  This  relationship encompasses engineering from the initial design requirements through the purchasing phase with continued contact to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Our philosophy has been to be selective by limiting the number of manufacturers represented, and keying on those vendors who compliment our line-mix.  This is done with the greatest respect for existing principals, while understanding the effort a new product line requires.

Our current territory for industrial and commercial customers includes: Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania, while our military territory spans the entire US.
